Lakshmi tells the women that she received a phone call. She asks them to prepare sweets for the evening aarti. Dadi asks Lakshmi why they are making special sweets. 

Lakshmi tells Dadi that she must wait until evening. She further tells her that Srinivas will explain everything when he returns.

Srinivas returns home in the evening. He finds the family gathered for the aarti. He decides to take part in the aarti. Lakshmi tells the family that her only prayer to the goddess was to have Srinivas as her partner in every lifetime.

She further tells everyone that she is immensely proud to be his wife. Srinivas tells Lakshmi that he is grateful for her words. He further tells her that she has been his pillar of strength throughout their life.
