At the beginning of the episode, Nandini and some family members surround Lakshya (Lala) and forcefully try to feed him a lot of food. Their real motive is to intimidate him. 

They threaten him not to utter a word of truth in front of Amma and Babuji when they return from the temple, otherwise, they will leave him in no condition to speak. Lakshya is not scared of their threats and declares that he will reveal the truth to everyone, but suddenly he gets a severe headache.

A huge storm suddenly hits the family. Someone has made a video of Rashi go viral, because of which her wedding gets called off. The elders of the house are devastated and cry over their ruined reputation in society, wondering who will hold Rashi's hand after this incident. Lakshya consoles the family, promising to fully support Rashi and to hunt down the despicable guy who made the video viral and expose him.

To save the family's honor, the elder of the house (Maa ji) pleads with Kishori. She tells Kishori that only she can save this family now. She reveals that she has spoken to Kishori's brother, Vinay, and he is ready for the marriage. Following this, Kishori talks to Vinay over the phone. Vinay tells her that he has liked Rashi for a long time and doesn't want to leave her alone in this difficult time.

At night, when Lakshya is sleeping, Kishori covers him with a blanket to keep him warm. She reminisces about the old times when Lala ji used to love her dearly and hold her hand. She wonders how his love turned into so much hatred. Just then, Lakshya mutters in his sleep, "Kishori, I hate you." Hearing this hatred for herself, Kishori's heart shatters completely.

The next morning, Alex and other family members try to encourage a depressed Rashi. Rashi despairingly says that after the viral video, no one will ever make her the daughter-in-law of their house. Just then, Kishori arrives and reveals that her brother Vinay likes Rashi and wants to marry her.

Hearing this, Alex gets furious and mocks Vinay's status, saying he isn't even fit to be Rashi's driver, let alone her husband. Kishori gives him a fitting reply, stating that right now Rashi doesn't need a pretentious rich husband, but a good and genuine human being.

She adds that relationships should be equal in terms of humanity, not wealth. Alex is absolutely certain that Rashi will reject the proposal immediately, but shocking everyone, Rashi confidently says, "I accept this alliance."

At the end of the episode, it is also made clear that Rashi hasn't run away from home; rather, she is completely ready to marry Vinay.
