Today's episode begins with the Sawan puja in the courtyard. The priest explains the deep meaning behind the holy Shiv and Parvati relationship. He says their bond represents faith, trust, and responsibility. Suraj takes a firm vow during the puja. 

He publicly promises to fulfill all his responsibilities towards his wife, Isha. Another woman prays sincerely for her husband's long life. She hopes her fasting and prayers bring her husband back.

Later, the grand swing is ready for the special Sawan ritual. Suraj insists that the first swing belongs to his wife, Isha. Some family members try to go first, but Suraj strictly stops them. He proudly declares that he decorated the swing solely for Isha. Suraj carefully helps Isha sit on the swing. He sweetly tells her that no one can take her place in his heart.

Meanwhile, Avni gets locked inside her room. She bangs on the door and cries in pain. Suraj hears her screams and rushes inside. He finds Avni in extreme stomach pain. He quickly decides to carry Avni to the hospital. Isha tries to go with him, but Suraj tells her to rest. He says Avni is his responsibility alone. The family watches in shock as Suraj leaves the Sawan puja for Avni.

Pati Brahmachari 31 July 2026 Written Update: Tai Maa Gets Angry

Tai maa becomes furious at Isha's silence. She scolds Isha for letting her husband run away with another woman during a holy puja. Tai maa warns Isha that her goodness is blinding her. She says Avni is playing a dirty game to steal Suraj. Isha finally asks Tai maa a question. She directly asks Tai maa why she locked Avni inside the room. Tai maa admits she did it intentionally. She explains that she wanted Isha to have her full rightful place in the first Sawan puja.

Elsewhere, Banti gets teased by his girlfriend Riya. They sit on the swing, and she asks him to push her high like a fairy. Riya falls down from the swing. Banti gets very scared and rushes to her. Riya complains that he did not keep the fast properly. She teases him for being a coward. She says she will talk to Suraj herself if Banti remains scared. Later, Riya playfully feeds Banti to break his fast secretly.

Pati Brahmachari Written Update: Suraj Defends Avni

Suraj finally returns from the hospital with Avni. The neighborhood people and family members start questioning his relationship with Avni. A man asks why Suraj brought another woman into his home when he already has a wife. Suraj gets very angry. He firmly defends Avni and his actions.

Suraj explains that his relationship with Avni is based on pure humanity, trust, and duty. He declares that he will give his name to her child to protect them from society's cruel questions. Suraj clarifies that giving his name does not make Avni his wife. He says she is only his responsibility, not his wife.

Precap: Suraj leans close to Isha and asks if she trusts him. He softly asks if she thinks he belongs to anyone else. Isha looks into his eyes and says she trusts him more than herself. However, she clearly states that she does not trust Avni at all.
