Sanjay returns to the terrace. He tells himself that he is guilty. He decides to drink alcohol. He picks up a bottle. He drinks from it. He accidentally drops the bottle. The bottle breaks. He injures his hand.

Jeetu arrives on the terrace. He sees Sanjay's bleeding hand. He asks Sanjay what happened. Sanjay tells Jeetu that he is in pain. Jeetu worries about Sanjay’s mother.

He tells Sanjay that his mother will be devastated if she learns he has been drinking. Sanjay feels torn. He tells Jeetu that he is already married. Jeetu gets stunned.

Sanjay further says that he cannot hide the truth any longer. He tells Jeetu that he has betrayed Vrinda, deceived Swati, and lied to the family. Jeetu pleads with Sanjay to not reveal this now.

He warns that the family will be shocked. Sanjay tells Jeetu that he has no choice. Jeetu worries about the consequences. Sanjay decides to inform Swati. Jeetu tells Sanjay to wait until the next day. Sanjay agrees.

Sanjay's aunt meets Swati's mother. She tells her that they must act quickly. She further says that they will portray Sanjay’s mother as the villain. Swati's mother tells her that she approves. She says that they can control the business after the wedding. Sanjay's aunt warns her to keep Swati away from the truth. Swati's mother agrees. They decide to push the wedding date.

Sanjay's aunt feels that the wedding must happen soon. She tells Swati's mother that Sanjay will be occupied with his married life. Swati's mother tells her that they will succeed. They leave the room.
