Vasudha tells Dev that she understands his decision. She says that she never imagined Chandrika could create obstacles in her business. Dev gets surprised. He asks her what she means. She tells him that the conflict is tearing the family apart. She further says that only one solution remains.

Vasudha announces that she and Dev should leave the Chauhan house. She says they must go away from everyone's lives. Dev gets upset. He asks her to think again. She tells him that this will restore peace between him and Chandrika. Chandrika gets stunned. She remains silent.

Vasudha tells Chandrika that she does not blame her. She says that she only wants the family to stay united. She further tells Chandrika that she is willing to sacrifice her own place. Chandrika feels speechless. She looks at Dev.

Dev tells Vasudha that he cannot leave his mother. He says that Vasudha is his wife and he will protect her. He further says that he will not let her suffer alone. Vasudha tells him that it is the only way. She pleads with him to agree. Dev refuses.

Prabhat asks Vasudha to reconsider. He tells her that leaving the house will not solve the problem. Vasudha tells him that the family's happiness is more important than her comfort. Prabhat feels helpless. He looks at Chandrika. Chandrika leaves the room.

Chandrika returns after a moment. She tells Vasudha that she does not need to leave. She says that she will explain her actions. Vasudha asks her to speak. Chandrika tells Dev that she never wanted to hurt Vasudha. She further says that everything she did had a reason. Dev asks her to reveal the truth. Chandrika asks everyone to sit.
