The family gathers around the television. Usha Bedi appears on screen. She tells the nation that Vasudha admitted Chandrika Devi never accepted her. She further declares that Vasudha confirmed her relationship with her mother-in-law is strained. Chandrika gets furious. She tells Dev that she has been humiliated before the world. Dev asks her to remain calm. Chandrika refuses to listen.

Vasudha returns home. She enters the room. She sees Chandrika’s expression. She tells Chandrika that she is sorry. She further pleads with her to forgive her. Chandrika tells her that if she cannot handle a simple interview, she has no right to dream of running a business.

She further tells her to lock away her ambitions. She further says that she is only fit for household work. She further orders her to return to the kitchen. Vasudha gets upset. She cries. She rushes away.

Samar arrives at the house. He sees Vasudha in tears. He tells her that he has won. He further says that his plan succeeded perfectly. Vasudha gets furious. She confronts him. She tells him that he orchestrated the entire trap.

She further tells him that he made Usha Bedi target Chandrika. Samar tells her that no one will believe her. Vasudha tells him that she will not give up on her business. She further warns him that she will continue her journey no matter what he does. Samar gets angry. He warns her that she will regret challenging him.

Dev walks into the hallway. He watches Vasudha stand against Samar. He hears her words. He tells himself that her courage remains intact. He smiles. Dev steps forward. He asks Samar to leave the house. Samar warns Dev that he will return. He leaves. Dev tells Vasudha that he believes in her. Vasudha tells him that she will restore Chandrika’s trust. She further decides to prove herself to everyone.
