Vasudha tells Chandrika that she must go to Majisa immediately. She further tells her that she must lay bare the entire truth. She says that Chandrika has never accepted her as her daughter-in-law. 

She further says that she is not pregnant. She says that everything Majisa believes is a lie. Chandrika listens in silence.

Majisa approaches the temple carrying a pooja thali. She hears Vasudha speaking. She stops at the entrance. She overhears Vasudha's words. She feels that the truth is devastating. She does not move.

Vasudha finishes speaking. She turns around. She sees Majisa standing at the entrance. Chandrika too turns around. She gets stunned. Majisa remains at the doorway. She holds the pooja thali. She does not speak.
