Colors TV is coming up with something new again, and this time it's a show that is totally different from the usual TV stuff. Opposite her, Gashmeer Mahajani plays Major Anirudh Jaiswal, who is also a trauma surgeon. Gashmeer is also returning to TV after "Lakshmi Niwas". Nikhil Khurana plays Major Sameer Dixit, an army officer, and people know him from "Jijaji Chhat Par Hai".

Hiten Tejwani is playing a Colonel doctor, who is head of department at the hospital, same place where Naina's character works. Interesting part is Hiten is doing this along with "Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2" at the same time. Smita Bansal plays the senior dean of the army hospital. Also in the cast is Ayoshi Talukdar, while Arham Zaidi and Yashi Saxena play medical interns who work under Gashmeer and Erica's characters. Aliraza Namdar has an important role, and recently Pavneet Singh Bagga also joined the cast.

The story behind the show

The show is based on the 2016 Uri attack, where 19 soldiers lost their life, and after that India did the surgical strikes. Story is set in a military hospital, showing doctors treating injured soldiers. The focus is on army doctors – their pressure, their emotional struggle, everything.
