Radhika tells Veer that she has completed the first rasoi ritual. She further tells him that she has prepared a sweet dish for the family. Veer tells Radhika that he will serve it to everyone. He feels that the family will bless her. He takes the bowls of dessert. He serves a bowl to Dadi. He tells Dadi that Radhika has made the sweet as part of her first rasoi.

Dadi gets furious. She tells Veer that she will not eat the dessert. She further tells him that no one in the family will taste it. She further says that he has forced the bowl into her hands. The rest of the family too decides to refuse. They keep their bowls aside. Veer gets upset. He feels that Radhika is being insulted again.

Radhika watches the scene from the kitchen. She feels hurt. She worries that the family will never accept her. She tells herself that all her efforts are in vain. Veer sees her expression. He decides to intervene.

Veer decides to take a bold stand. He warns the family that if they continue humiliating his wife, he will call the police. He further warns that he will report the treatment she receives. The family murmurs among themselves. Dadi tells Veer that he cannot force their respect. The family gets worried about their reputation. They decide to eat the dessert to avoid police involvement.

The family picks up their bowls. They taste the sweet dish. They find it delicious. They finish every bite. A family member tells Veer that the dessert is tasty.
