Sanjay feels disturbed. His mother notices his worried expression. She asks him if something is troubling him. He tells her that nothing is wrong. He decides to keep his secret hidden. He further feels anxious about the situation. He gets called away by his family. He leaves his phone with Swati.

A call comes from Vrinda’s family. Swati answers the phone. The caller greets her with “Namaste, Jija Ji.” Sanjay rushes back. He snatches the phone from Swati. He tells the caller that he will call back later. Swati gets suspicious. She asks Sanjay why the caller called him Jija Ji. Sanjay tells her that it was a wrong number. Swati feels that he is hiding something.

Swati asks Sanjay again to explain. He tells her that she misunderstood. She warns him that she will find out the truth. He gets upset. He pleads with her to drop the matter. She decides to not push further for now. She feels that something is wrong.
