Swati tells Amu that she was searching for her. She further tells her that she traveled to Sundarpur. She reveals that she kept the trip a secret because she knew Amu would stop her. She adds that she went to uncover the real reason behind Amu’s hidden past. Amu gets angry. She tells Swati that she is a liar.

Amu tells Swati that she had ulterior motives for the trip. She further accuses Swati of investigating her family background. She says Swati wanted to call them thieves, so Amu could be blamed if anything was stolen. Swati feels shattered. She gets upset. She raises her hand. She slaps Amu.
