Jitu calls Sanjay. He tells Sanjay that Baa's health is rapidly deteriorating. He further tells Sanjay that Baa keeps repeating Vrinda's name. He says that Baa has not stopped asking about Vrinda. He pleads with Sanjay to let him speak to Vrinda just once. He believes that Baa will improve if she talks to Vrinda.

Sanjay tells Jitu that he needs a little more time. He feels cornered by Jitu's request. He promises to arrange a call with Vrinda soon. Jitu pleads with Sanjay to not delay. Sanjay tells Jitu that he will call back.

An elder family member approaches Swati inside the house. She tells Swati to go outside and meet Sanjay. Swati tells the elder that she has too much work. The elder tells Swati to leave her chores for later. She further tells Swati to go meet him immediately. Swati decides to go outside.
