Mishra tells Anu that Pushpa is missing. He further tells her that Pushpa went to the temple and has not returned. Anu asks Mishra when Pushpa left. Mishra tells her that Pushpa left in the morning and never came back.

Anu gets upset. She asks Mishra to inform the neighbors and search near the temple. She decides to come to the basti immediately. She ends the call.

Anu searches her bag. She feels that her phone is missing. She worries that she cannot contact Arya. She decides to borrow a phone from a neighbor. She calls Arya but he does not answer. She gets upset. She decides to leave for the basti right away.

Gayatri asks a servant where Anu is. The servant tells Gayatri that Anu left some time ago without informing anyone. Gayatri gets upset. Meera enters with a tray and asks Gayatri what the matter is. Gayatri tells Meera that Anu left the house without telling her. Meera asks if there was an emergency.

Mansi enters. She tells Gayatri that she saw Anu leaving in a hurry. She further asks if Anu took permission. Gayatri tells Mansi that Anu did not ask permission. Mansi tells Gayatri that it is very disrespectful to leave without informing the mother-in-law.

She further says that Anu should have informed her even if it was urgent. Gayatri feels angry. Meera watches and feels that seeds of doubt are being planted against Anu.

Anu arrives at the basti. She meets Mishra. Mishra tells her that they have not found Pushpa yet. Anu gets upset. She decides to search the temple area herself. She asks Mishra to come with her.
