Vasudha rushes into the temple. She tells the priest that she is looking for Chandrika. She pleads with him to tell her where Chandrika is. The priest warns Vasudha that she cannot meet Chandrika until she learns a hidden truth. 

He tells her that this truth has been like poison for Chandrika’s life. He further tells her that it will be a savior for Vasudha and is the only way to save Chandrika. Vasudha feels terrified and insists on knowing the truth immediately.

Chandrika is outside the temple. She holds a red sacred whip in her hand. She looks furious and exhausted. She breathes heavily and continues her ritual. She feels that she is fighting a difficult battle alone. She decides not to stop.

Precap: The priest tells Vasudha about a dark secret from the past. Chandrika falls to her knees. Vasudha decides to run outside. The priest warns her to stay and listen.
