Santosh tells Chandrika that Vasudha is now the elder daughter-in-law. She further tells her to hand over the house keys to Vasudha. She says that it is Vasudha’s rightful place. Chandrika picks up the keys. She gives them to Vasudha. Vasudha looks at the keys. She feels that she cannot accept them.

Vasudha tells Chandrika that the keys belong to her. She further tells Chandrika that she is the true head of the family. Chandrika asks Vasudha to take the keys for Santosh’s sake. Vasudha feels that the situation is difficult. She decides to accept the keys. She tells Chandrika that she will keep them temporarily.
