Kunal asks Srinivas about Lakshmi's collapse. Srinivas tells Kunal that the doctor sedated her. He further tells him that she is resting peacefully. Kunal asks Srinivas the real reason for Lakshmi's collapse. 

Srinivas tells Kunal that someone took Varun's bike. He further tells him that the person struck down a pedestrian. He says that the victim is gravely injured and is in the ICU.

Kunal tells Srinivas that he wants to see the victim. Srinivas agrees. They walk to the ICU. Srinivas opens the door. He sees the victim unconscious.

He sees a bandaged head. He sees an oxygen mask. He sees life-support machines. Srinivas feels frozen. He tells Kunal that the sight is horrifying.

Veer rides a red motorcycle on a deserted road. His phone rings. He does not recognize the number. He decides to stop the bike. He answers the call. He asks who is speaking.

A tiny voice tells Veer that she is Nia. She further tells him that he must save her. She further says, "Papa, save me." Veer feels a chill. He realizes Nia has been kidnapped.

Precap: Veer asks Nia where she is. The call cuts off. Srinivas worries about the victim's survival. Kunal decides to check the hospital records.
